No Return / No Exchange

We do not offer returns or exchanges on any products once the order has been confirmed and delivered.

Due to the fragile and customized nature of our products:

• All sales are final

• Returned, exchanged, or refunded requests will not be accepted

Damaged or Defective Products

In case the product is received in a damaged condition or has a manufacturing defect:

• Customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery

• Supporting photos or videos must be shared for verification

• Claims raised after 24 hours will not be considered

After verification, Glassentials will take appropriate action as deemed necessary.

Order Cancellation

• Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed

• Custom-made and made-to-order products are non-cancellable
